Some models can only be pre-ordered with shipping out within a month or longer. Please check the availability of products by contacting us if the delivery time is essential for you.
At the moment Items will be shipped via DHL or USPS or Canada Post from our factory in Siberia.
IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any taxes, custom fees or duties. Any customs or import taxes and duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We indicate the cost of products without the shipping costs in customs invoices, so the cost for customs will be significantly lower than the actual price on the website.
All Saunas except backpack Sauna are shipped in two or more boxes. After an order has been shipped, confirmation of shipment with a tracking number is automatically sent to the email address specified in the order.
